I have been touring with a worship team from our church for so many years now...and it came originally to simply try and fulfill just some of the requests we had from churches etc to come and lead nights of worship on their soil. Depending on family and church commitments, there have been seasons where we could go a bit harder, and seasons where we have had to pull right back...and I guess the quest to fine tune that balance is always there.
You know what its like...to see or hear something on a CD or DVD is one thing, but to be there in the moment is a whole other thing. However, the main reason we tour now is, by the grace of God, to be part of seeing worship and justice released on the planet...whether through seeing peoples hearts opened toward the things of God as they sing and speak His name in His presence, or by presenting the great need of humanity wherever we have people gathered together in one place at one time. In my heart of hearts, I am committed to seeing the next generation released to do all that is in their hearts to do...to be a coach in this season is one of lifes greatest privileges...

10 I delight greatly in the LORD; my soul rejoices in my God. For he has clothed me with garments of salvation and arrayed me in a robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom adorns his head like a priest, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.
11 For as the soil makes the sprout come up and a garden causes seeds to grow, so the Sovereign LORD will make righteousness and praise spring up before all nations.
Yes...Righteousness and praise IS springing up across the earth, and I have decided that as long as there is breath in my lungs, the very least I can do is to serve Him with every opportunity there is... as a Christian leader, and as a child of God.
